From coordinating construction projects to operating in dynamic coastal environments, I’ve developed a practical understanding of how shoreline, drainage, elevation, and infrastructure affect property value and long-term ownership.

I also operate a professional inshore fishing charter in the Lowcountry, which means I spend hundreds of hours on local waterways each year.
